What is Sexbyfood?
Sexbyfood is a fast, free, simple and rewarding way to make instant restaurant reservations online. Sexbyfood also provides easy-to-use reservations software to the restaurant industry. Sexbyfood thrives on innovation, simplicity, integrity and tenacity.
How do I make a reservation?
Browse or search Sexbyfood for the right restaurant. At the top of each restaurant listing you will find an easy-to-use reservation form. From here it's only a matter of seconds.
Can I add special requests to a reservation?
You can add your special requests as a note when making your reservation. Your restaurant will try to accommodate you but please be aware that this may not always be possible.
Can I make reservations on behalf of others?
Yes, of course. When making a reservation using your Sexbyfood account you can specify your diner name and this need not be your own. You will also earn 100 Sexbyfood Reward Points for each reservation you make on behalf of others.
Be careful that your guests do arrive or at least cancel with the restaurant should they not be able to attend. Otherwise your reservation will be assigned a no-show status and after 3 such no-shows you may stand to lose your Sexbyfood Reward Points and have your Sexbyfood account deactivated.
How do I view, change or cancel a reservation?
At present please refer to your confirmation email for details of your reservation or for cancelling your reservation. Please send us an email should you wish to make changes. We will launch a self-service section for this purpose soon.
What are Sexbyfood Reward Points?
You earn 100 Sexbyfood Reward Points for each reservation you make through Sexbyfood. Your Sexbyfood Reward Points do not expire and can be redeemed whenever you make a reservation through Sexbyfood in exchange for a discount on your bill. 1,000 Sexbyfood Reward Points are more or less worth a main course depending on the restaurant.
What is your no-show policy?
Should you make a reservation through Sexbyfood, fail to cancel your reservation and not arrive at the restaurant, your reservation will be assigned a no-show status. After 3 such no-shows your accumulated Sexbyfood Reward Points and Sexbyfood account may be cancelled.
No-show status for a reservation is assigned by the restaurant. Should you feel that your reservation was incorrectly assigned a no-show status please email us with details of your reservation. We will put you in contact with the restaurateur to resolve the matter.
What is the secret behind Sexbyfood real-time reservations?
Sexbyfood integrates with restaurants in a variety of ways to ensure that your reservations can be placed in real-time. Restaurants can use Sexbyfood's easy-to-use reservations software, provide table allocations for certain days and hours and set table turn times and advance notice period requirements.
How late can I book a table?
How late you can book a table depends on the reservation hours of the restaurant you would like to book at. Restaurants may also require a notice of your reservation. This is generally 2 hours in advance on average.
How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
When you book through Sexbyfood you will immediately receive a confirmation email of the details of your reservation. We will ensure that your restaurant has your reservation already.
Who reviews restaurants on Sexbyfood?
Restaurant reviews on Sexbyfood are written by the users of Sexbyfood. You can add a review to any restaurant and also rate or report other reviews. Highly rated reviews rise to the top and lowly-rated reviews sink to the bottom.

What can I do if my browser denies access to Sexbyfood?
Please contact your IT administrator and ask for Sexbyfood to be added to the network router white-list or else for the word "sex" to be removed from the network router black-list.
